We are recruiting on behalf of a successful and busy dealership seeking a driven and results-focused Car Sales Executive to join their established team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to maximise earnings and develop their career within a thriving environment.

The Role:
As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. You will manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover while maximising every opportunity to upsell finance products, warranties, and add-ons.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record in car sales within a main dealership (minimum 2 years)
• Strong closing skills with a passion for achieving targets
• Experience selling finance, insurance products, and add-ons
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly motivated, driven, and professional approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Full, clean UK driving licence
