Basic Salary: £15,000 | OTE £45-70,000+ | Uncapped Commission

The Role

As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the success of the dealership. You’ll manage the full sales journey—from initial enquiry through to handover—while delivering outstanding customer service and maximising every sales opportunity.

You will:

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience
• Proactively identify and convert sales opportunities
• Sell vehicles alongside finance, warranties, and add-on products
• Contribute to a high-performing, team-driven environment

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a main dealership
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Strong experience selling finance and additional products
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Driven, motivated, and target-focused mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Full, clean UK driving licence
