Motorcycle Sales Executive
Basic Salary up to £20,800 | OTE £49,630+
Full-Time | 41 Hours per Week | Set Day Off Monday–Saturday | No Sunday Working
Location: Guildford
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Motorcycle Sales Executive to join a successful and growing dealership.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for motorcycles and a strong background in sales to join a high-performing, customer-focused team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers both in the showroom and online
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable motorcycles and products
- Delivering outstanding customer service from initial enquiry through to handover
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Promoting finance, accessories, and additional products
- Maintaining strong product knowledge across all motorcycle ranges
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience (motor trade or retail preferred)
- A genuine passion for motorcycles
- A full, valid motorcycle licence is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Full UK driving licence
