Basic Salary up to £27,000 (D.O.E) + OTE & Benefits

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from start to finish. You will play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting the efficiency of the service department.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing a warm and professional welcome to all customers
• Managing service bookings and scheduling repairs
• Advising customers on repair times, costs, and progress updates
• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
• Liaising with workshop teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Handling general administrative duties within the service department

The Candidate

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Well-presented and professional at all times
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence required
