Motor Trade Accounts Assistant – Medway 

Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant with a background in the Motor Trade?

My client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their busy and growing team in Medway.

• Previous motor trade accounts experience preferred
• Experience with Pinewood / Keyloop highly advantageous
• Excellent opportunity to join a stable and established automotive business

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing purchase and sales invoices
• Bank reconciliations
• Vehicle stock accounting
• Daily cash postings and allocations
• Assisting with month-end processes
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
• Supporting the wider accounts team

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous accounts experience within the motor trade
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
