Aftersales Regional Manager – Automotive Division

South Essex / North Kent

Salary: £45-50,000 DOE + Bonus (OTE £75,000)

Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:30pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Regional Manager to oversee multiple service sites across South Essex and North Kent.

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused and commercially driven individual to take ownership of regional aftersales operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and team performance across approximately 20 employees.

The Role

As Aftersales Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of service and repair operations across multiple sites. You will play a key role in maintaining high customer satisfaction, managing service delivery standards, and driving profitability within the aftersales function.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee aftersales operations across multiple service sites
• Lead, support, and develop a team of circa 20 technicians and support staff
• Drive performance, efficiency, and profitability across all locations
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards and first-time fix rates
• Monitor KPIs such as job completion times, customer satisfaction, and revenue targets
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives within service delivery
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of staff
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
• Manage relationships with key clients, insurers, and partners where applicable

The Candidate

• Proven experience in a multi-site management role within aftersales, automotive, or service-led environments
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high service standards
• Commercially aware with a results-driven mindset
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to travel regularly between sites
• Ideally based within South Essex or North Kent
