Salary: £30,000 + OTE £70,000

About the Role:

We’re working with a leading automotive dealership/group that is seeking a driven and experienced Business Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in automotive finance and sales to step into a high-impact, customer-focused leadership role.

As Business Manager, you’ll be responsible for securing finance and insurance products for customers, supporting the sales team, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the buying journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximise sales of finance and insurance products in line with FCA regulations
• Work closely with the Sales Manager and wider team to meet and exceed dealership targets
• Deliver clear, compliant, and customer-friendly advice on financial options
• Support the sales team with structuring deals, offering guidance and mentoring
• Monitor performance, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction KPIs
• Ensure all documentation and transactions comply with company policies and legal standards
• Build strong relationships with finance and insurance partners

About You:

• Previous experience in a similar Business Manager or F&I role within the motor trade is essential
• Proven track record of achieving sales and finance targets
• Strong understanding of FCA guidelines and financial compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a consultative, professional approach
• Confident using DMS and finance systems
• A team player with leadership potential and commercial awareness
