Key Responsibilities:

• Sell and promote new and used vehicles in line with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Achieve new and used vehicle sales targets, plus finance and accessory targets
• Confidently build rapport with customers, identifying needs and matching the right vehicle features and benefits
• Deliver exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on repeat business and customer satisfaction

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ car sales experience, ideally within a main dealership
• Stable career history
• Experience working within a structured sales process (desirable)
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
