 • Saturday: 09:00am – 17:00pm

Are you an experienced Car Sales Executive with a stable career background looking to join a high-performing dealership?

Our client, a popular main dealer in Guildford, is seeking a motivated and professional Sales Executive to join their successful team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a busy, in-demand brand offering strong earning potential and long-term career progression.

Package

• Basic Salary: £25,250
• Realistic OTE: £56,650+ (£60k achievable)
• Company car + fuel
• Hours: 41 hours per week
• 4 weekdays (08:30–18:00)
• Saturday 9:00–17:00

The Role

• Sell new and used vehicles in line with manufacturer and dealership standards
• Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles, finance, and add-ons
• Build strong customer relationships and identify individual needs
• Deliver outstanding customer service to encourage repeat business

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Car Sales Executive (main dealer preferred)
• Stable employment history
• Confident working within a structured sales process
• Full, clean UK driving licence
