An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join a busy, well-established main dealer representing a high-demand brand in Tonbridge.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences while achieving strong sales performance across new and used vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Selling new and used vehicles in line with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Achieving vehicle sales targets alongside finance, insurance, and accessory objectives
• Building strong rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Delivering exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Following a structured sales process at all times

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Car Sales Executive (main dealer experience preferred)
• A stable career history within automotive sales
• Confident, professional, and customer-focused approach
• Experience working within a defined sales process
• Full, clean UK driving licence
