Our client, a highly successful main dealership in Croydon, is seeking an experienced and driven Car Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Sell and promote new and used vehicles in line with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Achieve agreed sales targets for new and used vehicles, as well as finance and add-on products
• Build strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and recommending suitable vehicles
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring repeat business and long-term customer satisfaction

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ car sales experience 
• Stable and consistent career history
• Experience working within a structured sales process (desirable)
• Full UK driving licence
