Our client, a highly successful and busy main dealership in Bromley, is looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Car Sales Executive to join their high-performing sales team. The Opportunity

As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving and exceeding sales objectives. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchasing journey, from initial enquiry through to handover, ensuring the highest levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Selling new and used vehicles in line with manufacturer and dealership standards
• Achieving agreed sales targets and key performance indicators
• Promoting finance, insurance, warranties, and additional products
• Developing strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals
• Managing customer enquiries effectively and professionally
• Delivering a first-class customer experience throughout the sales process
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all dealership procedures

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Car Sales Executive within a franchised or independent dealership
• A stable and consistent employment history
• A proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• A professional, customer-focused approach
• Experience working within a structured sales process (advantageous)
• A full UK driving licence
