Car Sales Executive

With a strong flow of customer enquiries, excellent earning potential, and significant investment in the dealership, this is a fantastic time to join the team.

What's on Offer

• Basic Salary: £18,000
• OTE: £56,000+ (Uncapped)
• Company car
• Excellent earning potential with uncapped commission
• No Sunday working
• One weekday off every week
• Ongoing career development within a growing dealership

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
No Sundays

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional customer service from enquiry through to handover.
• Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identifying customer needs and recommending the right vehicle and finance solutions.
• Achieving sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Following up leads and maximising every sales opportunity.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous sales experience (automotive experience is desirable but not essential).
• Is confident, motivated, and target-driven.
• Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Holds a full UK driving licence.
• Is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
