Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a professional, consultative approach.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for vehicles, finance, warranties, and add-ons.
- Proactively follow up on enquiries, leads, and prospects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles and associated products.
- Work as part of a high-energy, collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of main dealership experience.
- Proven track record in automotive sales with strong closing skills.
- Full UK driving licence (clean).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, motivated, and target-driven.
- Experience selling finance and insurance products is essential.
- Passion for delivering exceptional service and a commitment to going the extra mile.
