Car Sales Executive – Main Dealer

Basic Salary: £25,250 (DOE) | OTE £45,000+

Location: Guildford | No Sundays

We’re working with a high-performing, well-established dealership looking to add an experienced Car Sales Executive to their successful team.

This is a great opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants strong earning potential with a reputable brand.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while maximising sales opportunities. This includes:

• Selling new and used vehicles
• Promoting finance packages, warranties, and add-on products
• Managing the full sales process from enquiry to handover
• Building lasting relationships with customers to generate repeat business

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a main dealer environment
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong upselling skills (finance, insurance, warranties)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional approach
• Full, clean UK driving licence
