An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join a successful and progressive dealer group in the Medway area, representing a highly desirable, fast-moving automotive brand.

This role is ideal for someone with main dealership experience who is driven, customer-focused, and looking to build a long-term career within a company that genuinely values its people.

The Role:

• As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
• Selling new and used vehicles in line with brand standards
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to handover
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team targets
• Building long-term relationships with customers
• Maintaining strong product knowledge and compliance standards

About You:

• Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive within a main dealership
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, professional, and results driven
• Full UK driving licence
