Group Parts Manager 

Location : Southeast 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially focused Group Parts Manager to oversee parts operations across multiple dealership sites in the Southeast.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional operational performance, customer service, and team development.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Aftersales, you’ll take overall responsibility for the parts operation across multiple sites, ensuring strong commercial results, effective stock management, and a high-performing customer-focused culture throughout the business.

You’ll play a key role in supporting aftersales growth, improving efficiencies, and leading teams to deliver outstanding service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop Parts teams across multiple dealership sites
  • Drive workshop, retail, and trade parts sales performance
  • Improve stock control processes, stock turn, and inventory accuracy
  • Reduce obsolete stock and maximise profitability
  • Work closely with dealership management teams to support aftersales success
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and operational procedures
  • Coach and support Parts Supervisors and wider department colleagues
  • Maximise manufacturer incentives, campaigns, and bonus opportunities

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll already have a proven background in automotive parts management within a dealership or dealer group environment.

You’ll be a confident leader with strong commercial awareness, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage performance across multiple locations.
