Basic: £65,000 – £75,000

OTE: £100,000+

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm

Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Business to join a successful automotive retail operation in Kent.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving overall performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall business performance across sales, aftersales, and finance
• Develop and deliver strategic business plans to drive growth
• Maximise profitability, revenue, and operational efficiency
• Oversee stock control, cash flow, and financial performance
• Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing management team
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and retention levels
• Maintain compliance with all manufacturer and industry standards

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior automotive management role (Head of Business / General Manager level)
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering results
• Excellent leadership and team development skills
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and performance drivers
• Customer-focused with a commitment to high standards
• Full UK driving licence
