Regional Manager – South Essex / North Kent

Salary: £45,000 + Bonus (OTE £60,000)

Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Regional Manager to oversee multiple sites across South Essex and North Kent.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and commercially minded individual to take responsibility for multiple locations and a team of approximately 20 employees.

The Role
As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance, operations, and team management across multiple sites. You will play a key role in driving performance, maintaining high service standards, and supporting the ongoing growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across multiple sites within South Essex and North Kent
• Manage, support, and develop a team of circa 20 staff
• Drive performance, productivity, and profitability across all locations
• Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvements where required
• Support recruitment, training, and staff development
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

The Candidate

• Proven experience in a multi-site management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Commercially aware with a results-driven mindset
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to travel regularly between sites
• Ideally based in South Essex or North Kent
