Part-Time Sales Administrator / Accounts Assistant
Automotive Sector – Medway

My client, a well-known car dealership in Medway, is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator or Accounts Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a busy and reputable dealership offering a supportive working environment and long-term stability.

This is a part-time position with flexibility on days and working hours.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Administration

  • Processing vehicle sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Preparing invoices, finance documentation, and registration paperwork
  • Liaising with customers, finance companies, and suppliers
  • Ensuring all compliance and vehicle documentation is complete and audit-ready
  • Managing and maintaining vehicle files
  • Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administrative duties
  • Updating CRM and internal systems

Accounts / Finance Support

  • Raising and posting purchase and sales invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with month-end procedures
  • Managing debtor and creditor accounts
  • Credit control and payment follow-ups
  • Supporting payroll administration where required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Previous experience as a Sales Administrator within the automotive sector or experience within an accounts role
  • Strong knowledge of dealership processes and compliance requirements (preferred)
  • Familiarity with accounting or dealer management systems
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • A professional and confident communication style

We are happy to consider candidates with Sales Administration experience or Accounts experience.
