Basic Salary: £20,000 DOE

OTE: £50,000+ (Uncapped, Based on Performance)

The Opportunity

My client is seeking a Senior Car Sales Executive to join their busy, successful dealership. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high sales performance, supporting junior staff, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a senior-level position with excellent career growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles, achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Upsell finance, insurance, and protection products
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Support and mentor junior sales staff as needed
• Manage follow-ups and customer relationships via CRM systems
• Keep up to date with model ranges, stock, and promotions
• Uphold brand standards and company values at all times

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a main dealer automotive sales role
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
• Confident in selling finance and add-on products
• Passionate about customer service and delivering results
• A strong team player with leadership potential
• Able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
• Full UK driving licence (clean)
