Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for your next career move?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading main dealer in Maidstone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
• Meet and greet customers in the service reception
• Book vehicles in for service and repair
• Keep customers informed on progress and timescales
• Provide accurate advice on services required
• Complete basic admin duties to support the department
• Work effectively as part of a friendly, professional team

Requirements:

• Previous Service Advisor experience (preferably within a main dealer)
• Motor trade knowledge essential
• Smart and professional presentation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Full UK driving licence required
