Service Advisor

Location: Croydon

Hours: 08:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday

1 in 3 Saturday mornings (08:00 – 13:00) – paid as overtime

Salary: £29,000 – £30,000 DOE + OTE: £18,000 (uncapped and realistic)

Current team earnings are up to £3,000 per month in bonus

Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Service Advisor!

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking to develop their career within a high-performing and supportive team environment.

We are open to candidates outside of a main dealer background, however you must have proven Service Advisor experience dealing with customers face-to-face, not just over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting customers into the service reception
• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
• Booking in vehicles and advising on repair times and service plans
• Liaising with the workshop and keeping customers updated
• Working collaboratively within a team to achieve targets
• Carrying out general administrative duties

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor (essential)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience dealing with customers face-to-face
• Good knowledge of the motor trade
• Well presented with a professional manner
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Full UK driving licence
