Job Details

Position: Service Advisor
Location: Tonbridge
Salary: Competitive basic up to £30,000+ (dependent on experience) plus O.T.E. and benefits.
Work Hours: Monday - Friday 1 in 3 Saturday morning
Brand: Hot, reputable brand
Interviews: Available immediately

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and be customer-friendly.
• Meet and greet customers at the service reception.
• Work collaboratively within the team to ensure high-quality service.
• Book vehicles in for repairs and advise customers on repair durations.
• Perform basic administrative duties.

Requirements

• A customer-focused and service-oriented attitude.
• Teamwork and excellent service delivery skills.
• Professional and well-presented appearance.
• Strong work ethic and positive outlook.
• Knowledge of the motor trade.
• Must hold a FULL UK driving licence.
