We are working with a well-established main dealer in Tonbridge that is seeking a proactive, professional, and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join their high-performing Service Department. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-class service and a friendly welcome to all customers
• Handle service reception duties including greeting, booking-in, and advising customers
• Communicate service updates and repair timelines effectively
• Work closely with technicians and parts staff to ensure smooth workflow
• Manage basic administrative tasks and service documentation
• Maintain a smart, professional appearance and positive work ethic

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor 
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, presentable, and team-oriented
• Full UK Driving Licence required
