Our client, a busy and well-established main dealership, is looking to recruit an ambitious Service Reception Team Leader to support their Aftersales department and elevate the front-of-house customer experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career, with a clear progression pathway into a Service Manager role.

The Role

• As a Service Reception Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Service Advisors, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the service reception and consistently delivering outstanding customer service.
• You will work closely with senior management to drive performance, improve processes, and support wider departmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and motivate a team of Service Advisors
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
• Monitor team performance and drive consistent results
• Support the Aftersales Manager with departmental objectives
• Handle customer queries and escalations professionally
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
• Drive upsell opportunities and maximise revenue

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience within a Service Reception / Service Advisor role
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience (or ready to step up)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A proactive and organised approach
• A genuine ambition to progress into a Service Manager position
• Ability to motivate and develop a team

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00
• Saturdays: 1 in 2 (1 in 3 negotiable), 08:00 – 13:00
• Saturdays paid in addition to basic salary
