Team Leader Sales Administrator

Salary: £35,000 basic

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Our client, a well-established and highly successful main dealership in Dartford, is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Admin Team Leader to join their busy and expanding team.

With a strong brand and an ever-growing sales department, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced motor trade environment and can lead from the front.

The role

You will play a key part in overseeing the sales administration function, supporting the sales team, and ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Bringing vehicles into stock
• Creating and managing deal packs
• Completing vehicle history checks
• Taxing vehicles
• Invoicing new and used vehicles
• Funding used stock
• Ensuring compliance with all sales administration procedures
• Supporting and guiding the sales admin function where required

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience within a main dealership sales administration department
• Strong working knowledge of Kerridge / CDK
• A thorough understanding of end-to-end sales administration processes
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a professional, presentable manner
• A positive, flexible and adaptable approach
• Be trustworthy, reliable and team-focused
