My client is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their busy and successful Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established brand, with interviews available immediately.

The Role

• As a Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
• Providing outstanding customer service at all times
• Meeting and greeting customers within the service reception
• Booking vehicles into the workshop and advising on repair times
• Liaising with the workshop team to ensure a smooth customer journey
• Carrying out basic administrative duties
• Maintaining a professional and well-presented appearance

Requirements

• Previous experience or knowledge of the motor trade
• Strong customer service skills
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Smart and professional presentation
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
