• Basic salary up to £35,000
• OTE circa £70,000 with a competitive bonus scheme

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Transaction Manager to join a successful and high-performing dealership in Eltham.

The Role:
This is a hands-on position where you will play a key role in driving profitability and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and wider team to maximise sales opportunities across vehicles, finance, and add-on products.

You will be responsible for progressing deals, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring full compliance throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in closing deals and maximising profit opportunities
• Stack deals, including part exchange valuations
• Present and tailor finance packages to suit customer needs
• Sell finance, insurance products, GAP, and add-ons
• Ensure branch targets for sales and finance are achieved
• Maintain accurate records and manage customer enquiries
• Handle finance documentation, proposals, and payouts
• Assist with compliance and audit requirements
• Engage and convert leads, including “last chance” finance opportunities

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Transaction Manager within a main dealer
• FCA accreditation (essential)
• Strong knowledge of finance, insurance products, and related systems
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Strong understanding of vehicle valuations
• High attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
