Used Car Sales Executive – Maidstone

Basic Salary: £22,000

OTE: £50,000+ (Uncapped)

Company Car Included

Working Pattern: Monday to Saturday with a regular day off during the week, and (currently) one in four Sundays worked, with the following Saturday and Sunday off in lieu.

As a Used Car Sales Executive, you will:

• Promote and sell a wide range of quality used vehicles in line with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Achieve sales targets for vehicles, accessories, and finance products.
• Build strong rapport with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
• Deliver the highest levels of customer service to encourage repeat and referral business.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in car sales, ideally within a main dealership.
• A stable career history demonstrating consistent performance.
• Experience working within a structured sales process (desirable).
• A full, clean UK driving licence.
