Vehicle Technician Wanted – New Opportunity!

Location: Medway

Salary: Up to £37,000 (DOE) + Bonus & Benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday

Are you a skilled Vehicle Technician looking for your next challenge? A busy and well-established main dealership in Medway is expanding its team and looking for a talented technician to join their experienced workshop.

Whether you’re already in a main dealer or currently working in an independent garage and ready to take the next step, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out routine servicing and maintenance (brakes, exhausts, general servicing, etc.)
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults accurately
• Inspecting and repairing vehicle systems, including electronic/computer-based systems
• Providing accurate estimates for time, cost, and required work
• Communicating effectively with the Service Team
• Maintaining detailed records of work completed and issues identified
• Advising customers on vehicle care and future maintenance

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Own tools (desirable)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Good team player with a positive attitude and work ethic
