My client in Tunbridge Wells is looking for a RECEPTIONIST for their busy dealership to join this already successful team.

Role Includes:

• Answering the telephone in a timely manner, directing calls appropriately
• Greeting visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Booking meeting rooms
• Sorting and distributing incoming mail and deliveries
• Managing senior members diaries
• Monitoring stationery stock

Requirements:

• Must be presentable with good communication
• Must be organised
• Trustworthy, reliable and friendly
• Customer service focused
